        No matter how much or how little you put one foot in front of the other this summer, every step counts in the Wishek walking program, “Witness the Fitness.”  The new health initiative is embarking on its third month as walkers track their times and distances.  Kay Weber, WHC’s Wellness Coordinator, is tallying up the walking logs to report to Blue Cross Blue Shield how far and long Wishek has walked this summer.  Kay would appreciate all logs, whether it has one or 60 miles recorded, to be turned in at the Wishek Drug Store or the Wishek Clinic on a weekly or monthly basis, or call Kay Weber at 452-2326.  The final day to turn in logs is August 10th.  A walking celebration is planned for August 17th (time and location TBA).  All walkers are invited to come and share about their experience.
